• Following our discovery call, the client is assigned homework that provides a guide for turning their job history into metric driven accomplishments. I will provide plenty of real-life examples and a detailed outline for this process. 

• Once the homework is completed, a follow-up video call is held for an in-depth review and discussion of this information to ensure that all relevant experience is reflected on your master resume. We may also go over past performance reviews to pull as much objective data into your resume as possible.

• At the conclusion of the call, a recorded resume tailoring session is held. This session will teach you how to tailor your resume for each position. The recorded session is sent via email at the end of the call. 

• A complete master resume is sent to the client for review (typically within 15 min). 

• Upon approval of the resume, multiple step-by-step video links are sent regarding how to optimize a Linkedin profile from a recruiter point of view, how to create job alerts, and much more. 

• A final Linkedin call is scheduled to review all questions, create job alerts if applicable, and chart out a game plan for next steps. I will be with you every step of the way until you find a job.
