Eric Vento is a law enforcement veteran, having spent approximately 10 years with the Houston Police Department and the State of Texas.

Since transitioning out of law enforcement, Eric has worked in multiple leadership positions with Dell Technologies, Meta, TikTok, and others.
​
Furthermore, he has been coaching transitioning public servants for the past 5 years. As someone who did not transition voluntarily out of law enforcement, Eric knows firsthand the anxiety and emotional stress that comes with leaving the government and transitioning into the unknown.

Eric has a deep rooted passion to help others understand what is required to transition successfully and give you the tools to implement a best practices approach. He specializes in public servants leaving law enforcement, the military, and the intelligence community, but works with anyone who needs help.
