Because our services are customized and delivered digitally, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Refund Requests

Refunds may be considered only at the sole discretion of the business owner and are not guaranteed.

To request a refund, clients must submit a written request within 30 days of receiving the first draft or final product. Your request must include:

• Your full name and contact information

• A detailed explanation of the issue or reason for the refund request

All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, any refund issued will be processed via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Please Note

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Changes of mind after work has begun.

• Lack of response or engagement from the client after purchase.

• Dissatisfaction without a clear explanation or without giving us the opportunity to revise the work.

• Missed job opportunities (we cannot guarantee interview outcomes).

We are always open to feedback and offer revisions as part of our process to ensure you're satisfied with the final product.
